IMPORTANT WORKDAY INFORMATION

Daily time entry is required

  • Pay Day 12/23/2022 will be paid from eTimecard entries
    • eTimecard employees will be brought current (no longer an 8 day delay)
    • Hours worked 11/25/2022 to 12/08/2022 PLUS 12/09/2022 to 12/16/2022 will be processed for this pay day
    • ENTER YOUR TIME FOR THIS PAY PERIOD NO LATER THAN 12/17/2022
    • If your hours are submitted into eTimecard after 12/17/2022, they will not be paid and you will need to contact your department Timekeeper of these late time entries
    • eTimecard will be retired for payroll processing 12/17/2022
    • Supervisors must have ALL eTimecard entries approved by 9:00AM 12/19/2022
  • Pay Day 01/06/2023 will be paid from Workday entries
    • Hours worked 12/17/2022 to 12/30/2022 will be processed for this pay day
    • ENTER YOUR TIME FOR THIS PAY PERIOD NO LATER THAN 12/31/2022
    • Parallel payroll will be in effect this payroll to compare new system accuracy DUAL ENTRY NEEDED
    • Enter your hours for this pay period in both eTimecard and Workday
    • Workday will not accept time entries dated prior to 12/17/2022
    • If you have hours to report that are dated prior to 12/17/2022, you will need to contact your department Timekeeper of these late time entries
    • eTimecard will be retired for parallel payroll testing 12/31/2022
    • Supervisors must have ALL eTimecard and Workday entries approved by 12/31/2022
  • Pay Day 01/20/2023 will be paid from Workday entries
    • Hours worked 12/31/2022 to 01/13/2023 will be processed for this pay day
    • ENTER YOUR TIME FOR THIS PAY PERIOD NO LATER THAN 01/14/2023
    • eTimecard will be retired and all users will lose access after 12/31/2022
