Public Education / Community Event Request

Aurora Fire Rescue provides quality community programs. The department will provide a level of education and or community support to civic organizations, individual community members, and community groups so long as the requests allow the emergency response personnel to remain “in-service.”

“In-service” in this context means that personnel are available to respond to emergency calls 24 hours a day. Please know this could result in a delay or disruption to your event. To maintain department integrity and ethical standards the department will evaluate all requests for department personnel, apparatus and participation. We will make every effort to approve those requests that do not specifically promote private business interests or place the department in a compromising situation.

  • Please make requests at least TWO WEEKS in advance.
  • Complete all fields on this form that are applicable to your request.
  • Once your request is evaluated and approved you will receive a confirmation email within 10 days of your event
  • After submitting this form wait for a confirmation page, if there is no confirmation page we did not receive your request.
  • You will receive a confirmation email of your request within 3-5 business days- if no email response is sent- please call to verify or resend request.
  • Once your request is evaluated and approved you will receive a second confirmation email within 10 days of your event.
  • At this time we cannot accommodate birthday parties in the fire stations or provide resources to private residences for birthday parties.

Please note our limits with regard to your Request:
